Free Cancellation

Cancel up to 48 hours before your check-in date for a full refund. No questions asked.

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Refund processed within 5–10 business days
  • Available on most bookings marked 'Free Cancellation'

Partial Refund

Cancel between 24–48 hours before check-in and receive a partial refund.

  • 50% refund of the total booking amount
  • Service fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processed within 5–10 business days

Non-Refundable

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

  • No refund available
  • Booking can be rescheduled for a fee in some cases
  • Travel insurance may cover eligible cancellations

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Holiday Travel account
  2. Go to your Profile and find your booking
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with refund details
