Free Cancellation
Cancel up to 48 hours before your check-in date for a full refund. No questions asked.
- Full refund to original payment method
- Refund processed within 5–10 business days
- Available on most bookings marked 'Free Cancellation'
Partial Refund
Cancel between 24–48 hours before check-in and receive a partial refund.
- 50% refund of the total booking amount
- Service fees are non-refundable
- Refund processed within 5–10 business days
Non-Refundable
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
- No refund available
- Booking can be rescheduled for a fee in some cases
- Travel insurance may cover eligible cancellations
How to Cancel
- Log in to your Holiday Travel account
- Go to your Profile and find your booking
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
- You will receive a confirmation email with refund details
